I used a Groupon to get some KFC for takeout. We tried the Half and Half KFC $29.99 with Soy Garlic and BBQ Hot chicken. It came with radish pickle on the side. The BBQ Hot Chicken is quite spicy and sticky. The Soy Garlic was more mild, less saucy, and very delicious. The portion was decent, we had some leftover for another meal. Street parking wasn't too difficult. They also have a small parking lot.

Delicious chicken! My husband and I made a stop here for some lunch and the food was so good! Street parking was easy to find. Food: + Started our meal with the Tokkochi mochi rice sticks + Half golden fried and half yangnyeom chicken mixed, Personally I enjoyed the boneless more because it was easier to eat and my favorite was the golden fried because it had a really nice crispiness to it. + Also got 2 sides of rice and the chicken came with their pickled radish. Ambiance of this spot is casual and can be seen as a great place to come at night for drinks with friends! Service was friendly and quick. Overall, a great spot!

Lunch special is so worth. I prefer Sodam Chicken to a chain like Bonchon. The sauce was sticky and tasty, the fries were light and thin, and the radish cut right through the meal. Also seems great for a big group to chow down on korean fried chicken.

We stopped in on a Tuesday night and it was pretty empty. Service was quick and the location is convenient to get to. The inside is very clean and sleek. It definitely felt like more people were doing takeout though, as their kitchen was super busy. Food was delicious! I loved their wings and would definitely try the other sauces the next time I visit Seattle. The prices are pretty fair and you can specify if you want boneless, drums, or wings for your wings. We got a mix of all and we were not disappointed. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants some solid chicken wings with a variety of sauces!

A group of us came for dinner on a Wednesday. We each ordered about half order of chicken (for the most part, everyone couldn't finish the half order except maybe one or two people). A friend ordered the starter set for the group. It was fine, but what was really nice was that we got the starter set much sooner than when we got the chicken so we wouldn't get hangry. I ordered the oven bbq hot (boneless only) and it was really good. Really sticky though? Gave a few pieces out for others to try and they agreed it was the better flavor. Had some heat (spiciness) to it.

Excellent fried chicken in caphill. Street parking, but they do have a few retail parking spots in the building, I believe. Prices are fair, especially for their lunch special, which allow you to choose from different types of chicken and pick 2 sides. They currently have a groupon deal, so I saved a couple dollars purchasing this and paying at the restaurant. Do note that their online ordering system does not allow you to enter the Groupon voucher information. If you plan to dine in, then you can just show them in your groupon voucher at the end of your meal. Ambiance includes plenty of booths and tables. Ceilings are high with good lighting. I will definitely be returning , given the friendly and quick service and food value. There are many Korean fried chicken shops that have been popping up in the area. But this one is worth coming back to.

Went here on Tuesday afternoon around 1, we were the only ones here. Overall it's nice, very clean vibe. They have dedicated parking near the restaurant. Server was very nice. Everything we had was solid. We tried the gang Yang flavor for the chicken lunch special, it wasn't our fav but not bad. Probably should've just ordered the garlic flavor. Toppoki was good, not too spicy - we added noodles and cheese. And the squid was also good, little spicy. Would come again! Chicken - 6.5/10 Toppoki - 8/10 Squid - 7.5/10

Parking: they have couple spots in an apartments covered parking lot which is definitely a plus for Capitol Hill Food: The Hot BBQ chicken was really hot but flavorful. Even for an Indian palette that can handle 5 stars spice this was spicy. It had a cinnamon, and slightly sweet undertone to the flavor. We enjoyed it! The Garlic fried rice was very flavorful and mild on spice. Bulgogi - the beef bulgogi wasn't spicy and was served with sticky rice. We enjoyed the food and the especially the wings. Service: was slow given that they had only one waiter around. I heard it was a newer place and could be 'cos of that. Ambiance: Place has a cute instagrammable spot. The restaurant is clean and modern looking

My group wanted to check out Sodam after seeing videos for it on Instagram/TikTok. For a Friday night, I was surprised to see there were few tables filled throughout the time that we stayed, but it is a little bit out of the way compared to other popular restaurants. There were a lot of options for chicken! We decided to get the half & half order of chicken wings with soy garlic and yangnyeom as our sauces. I enjoyed how crispy the wings were and the sauces were very nice. I liked that their soy garlic was not as salty as some other places but still had good flavor. The yangnyeom was my favorite out of the two - the sauce was a good sweet but did not have much spice at all. I love that they gave each person their own bowl of radish instead of giving just one or two bowls to share! For our other dishes we got the starter plate with mandu, french fries, and mozzarella sticks, topoki (interesting they call tteokbokki this), and kimchi fried rice. I did not like that the fries were kind of oily and not crispy. I felt the other dishes we got were pretty standard; nothing really stood out to me as amazing. I felt that the food took a while to come out. They did have a lot of online/delivery orders while we were there, so that may be it? The food came out all at once and piping hot, which some people may enjoy. But sometimes for me I prefer things to come out one by one so I can snack on it. It took a while for our waiter to notice we were done, and I noticed another table had the same issue as well. They also gave me a $5 off coupon for my next meal, so I guess I have to come back.. :)
